Duplex Steel Pipes are composed of iron, chromium (~22%), nickel (~5–6%), molybdenum (~3%), and nitrogen, forming a balanced duplex microstructure of ferrite and austenite. This composition provides excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, while offering high tensile strength, hardness, and ductility.
