Super Duplex Steel Pipes are made from high-performance alloys containing approximately 25% chromium, 7% nickel, 4% molybdenum, and small amounts of nitrogen and other trace elements. This composition delivers outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice, and stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, the pipes offer high tensile and yield strength, excellent toughness, and superior fatigue resistance, maintaining stability under elevated temperatures. The alloy also provides good weldability and formability.
